As consumers continue to shift their buying habits online, the need for e-commerce sales strategies has now become more important than ever. Ashley needed a way to quickly transition their in-store expertise online. 

Purchasing furniture is an investment. Though Ashley has always provided their customers with the best experience and information possible in-store, they needed a way to bring that experience to the digital store.

The Solution

Ashley created “Ashley Insiders TV”, an employee-based influencer program that taps Ashley’s own network of interior design colleagues who share their favorite home trends through their social media channels.

Ashley Insiders TV offers passionate employees the opportunity to grow their community and become digital brand ambassadors who produce authentic and highly engaging shoppable content.

Ashley turned to TVPage as a technology partner because of the capabilities of the TVPage platform. The platform brings it all together by enabling ambassadors to easily upload videos, match products, and post to their social audiences. Ashley Insider TV members post links to their social channels which direct traffic back to an auto-generated “TV Page” on ashleyfurniture.com, displaying a shoppable version of the ambassador’s content.
